I have begun to notice that people that are not members of TUFF have thier flag set to TUFF. (same with TIF)
Is that commen and something we are cool with? Do we encourge people to do it? Should we be discourging people from doing it?

very good thought i think that we should warn any 1 with our flag to change it or if not we make there life a misery

A bunch of them probably have been kicked from the alliance for being inactive.

Yes, its like Bilco said: they are inactive players or have been kicked out from the guild of some reason, in both cases they should be attacked. Show no mercy.

Use your discretion. There is only one Tuffguys alliance, but many fakes apparently.
