... had a DUH moment a few minutes ago...
Conquered a valley, but didn't get it as I already had four and only had a lvl 4 town hall. Still got XP for my hero, but it was a waste of time as I had to do it all again.
If you go to conquer a valley, make sure you have a high enough level town hall to keep it!!!
