When I woke up this morning I got the surprise when a Lvl 0 Rally Spot was located in my town.
I had tried to build one at that spot yesterday, but erased it before it was finished. Now, when I tried to demolish it I got this message:
Since I dunno Chinese I decided to ignore it, I could conquer other cities and build there I thought. BUT, when I went to scout a lvl 2-3 flat this happened:
Haha, so I'm pretty stuck in my city right now. It's reported, though. Hope the admins will do something soon

i hope they do soemthign too for your sake, but to be honest i can almost guarantee they wont

You aint tuff if you dont own a L0 (zero) Rally Spot in your first city.

Lol yeah. I have a 0 embassy in my first city and a 0 feasting hall in my second (ouch!) Key is to build stuff as fast as you can I guess.
Haha, I fixed it Since I couldn't attack I figured that the game checked the latest built Rally Spot so I demolished my other and built another one Now I will conquer the world.
