This mainly goes to the officers,
First I would say, I like this guild and this is why im posting this, not to bash.
I wouldn't mind seeing a little more structure in our alliance.
I like the Idea of have teams inside the guild where everyone has a team leader.
If we break the alliance into groups of 15 or so, then have a team lead, its much easier for the alliance to keep track of its members and pass information down from officer meetings.
I also like the idea of having certain people and/or teams with a focus on a certain role. IE Alliance Relationships, esponage, knowledge tracking, ect ect.
I know its early, and I am sure its being worked on. I would also like to see an Alliance Charter containg information and directives of the alliance. If for an example not logged for x amount of days you get a warning /punted ect.
Info about what this alliance is about.
Again, Just a couple ideas that could be fun.
