Using your heroes to the max

This idea comes originally from Gurkvatten.

Castellans: we know that Dimplomacy Politics gives bonus to building buildings and gives bonus from production, Attack to training troops and Intelligence to science. The higher the attribute the faster it goes to build/train/research.

You can use this to your advantage; if your Castellan has crappy attacking atributes and you are planning to train troops, then switch the castellan to the one with better attacking skill and train your troops, then after you press the "build button" just switch back to the hero with better Politics. It works and you can save 3 to 10 hours depending on what you are doing.

Just in case anyone gets confused I take it that when you say "Diplomacy" you're talking about what the game terms as "Politics" in the hero skill sheet.
