As of yesterday all Avalon cities will now have blue flags and cannot be scouted or attacked. The same goes with their valleys. So far its decided that it is an non-agression pact and no alliance but the possiblity is there.
Avalon is ranked as 3rd guild on the server and have some big players that could be a threat to us all, like the player Loukoulay that lives close to Tuff Cental and that has been attacking everybody one week ago.
Loukoulay was the one that contacted TuffGuys regarding the non-agression pact and asked for a friendly deal. He say that he is sorry for attacking us in the past and if any of those players that has been attacked by him before shouldnt hasitate to ask for help if needed.
